90-day money-back guarantee: Your 90-day guarantee period begins on the date you place your first order with NutraPaw, and runs for 90 days from that date. Every order you place inside that window is covered — regardless of its value, and regardless of how many orders you place. If you’re not satisfied with your results after consistent daily use, contact us before the 90 days are up and we’ll refund you in full. Keep the bottles — nothing to send back, no questions asked.
How to claim: Email info@nutrapaws.co.uk with your order number and we'll process your refund within 5 working days.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Why NutraPaw exists
